ONLINE NUTRITION COACHING

I provide each of my clients with calorie and macronutrient targets based on their height, weight, age and activity levels. Those targets are then adjusted as required to ensure that their nutrition is optimal in helping them to reach their body composition targets.

However, nutrition isn’t just about losing fat and facilitating muscle growth. The food and drink we consume each day, week, month and year plays a huge role in our overall health.

Eating For Health

Ideally, around 80-90% of calories should be coming from whole food sources which are helpful and move a client closer to their goals. That allows around 10-20% of calories to come from “less optimal” food sources which a client enjoys – I’m a big believer that any foods can be incorporated into a largely healthy diet!
